These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and SGA123 ("SGA123", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://sga123.click ("the Platform").

SGA123 is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, live casino, sports betting, arcade games, and lottery products to eligible players. By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To register and maintain an Account on SGA123, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. SGA123 strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 21. If we become aware or reasonably suspect that a Player is underage, we will immediately suspend the Account, void all associated transactions, and return any verifiable Real Money Funds deposited.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. Users are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in their own jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of SGA123 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have a pre-existing Account that has been terminated by SGA123 for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously requested self-exclusion from the Platform.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account details to ensure they remain accurate at all times.
• Keep your Account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify SGA123 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

SGA123 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials.

The Platform is provided for personal recreational use only. You agree to use SGA123's Services solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. In particular, you agree that:

• All funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not represent the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• You will not use the Platform to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to interfere with the operation of the Platform.
• You will not attempt to manipulate the outcome of any game, exploit software errors ("bugs"), or collude with other players in any manner.
• You will not attempt to gain access to areas of the Platform not intended for public access, or attempt to reverse-engineer any of SGA123's proprietary systems.

SGA123 supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank (FPX), CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC). All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions, which are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• SGA123 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Network fees for cryptocurrency deposits are borne by the Player.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be refused and returned, minus any applicable bank or network fees.
• SGA123 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any deposit it deems to be of high risk or value.
• Deposited funds that remain unused in your Account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee as permitted by applicable policies, of which you will be notified in advance.

Players may request withdrawals of Real Money Funds subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified Account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on the player's account tier and verification status.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met.
• SGA123 aims to process e-wallet withdrawals within 5 minutes and bank transfer withdrawals within 15–60 minutes of approval. These are target times and may vary during periods of high transaction volume or when additional verification is required.
• SGA123 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily extend the processing time. Players will be notified of any such delay.
• Winnings generated from any free spin, no-deposit bonus, or promotional credit may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified in the individual promotion's terms.

SGA123 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published at the time of the offer and must be read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new registrants on their first qualifying deposit. The applicable percentage, maximum bonus amount, and wagering requirement vary by the selected bonus option (e.g., 288% up to MYR 2,880 with 35x wagering; 100% up to MYR 300 with 10x wagering). • Wagering Requirements: Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Failure to meet the requirement within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from those Bonus Funds.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are published in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: One welcome bonus per household, per IP address, and per device. Any attempt to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may lead to account suspension.
• SGA123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in active use.

All bets placed on SGA123 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or sport. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player except where an explicit "Cash Out" feature is available and offered by the Platform for a specific market.
• In the event of a manifest error in published odds, line scores, or game outcomes due to a technical malfunction or human error, SGA123 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amounts to the relevant Players' Accounts.
• For sports betting: SGA123 offers markets on football (including Liga Super Malaysia and the English Premier League), UFC, basketball, esports, and other sports. All sports bets are settled based on official results from recognised governing bodies.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook market.
• SGA123 reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any Account where it reasonably believes that betting patterns indicate professional wagering, abuse of promotional terms, or any form of gaming fraud.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Using or attempting to use any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence, or mechanical device to gain an unfair advantage in any game or over the Platform's systems.
• Opening multiple Accounts under the same or different identities to claim bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or market.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with SGA123 support.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or any form of fraudulent reversal of deposits following the use of those funds on the Platform.
• Attempting to access the Accounts of other Players or any restricted areas of the Platform without authorisation.
• Promoting, advertising, or linking to the Platform without SGA123's prior written consent.

In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gaming policies, SGA123 requires all Players to complete identity verification ("KYC") before making any withdrawal. SGA123 may also require KYC at any other point during a Player's account lifecycle at its discretion.

Required KYC documents typically include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License).
• Proof of current residential address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence, issued within the last three months).
• A selfie photograph of the Player holding their identification document alongside a handwritten note of the current date and the SGA123 platform name.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered e-wallet or bank account under the same name).

SGA123 processes KYC submissions within a target timeframe of 24–48 business hours. Withdrawals will be held pending until verification is successfully completed. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request being placed may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the Account.

SGA123 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Failure to comply with KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal on any deposited funds.
• Confirmed or suspected underage use of the Account.
• At the Player's own request for self-exclusion purposes.

Upon termination of an Account for any reason other than prohibited conduct, SGA123 will return any verified Real Money Funds remaining in the Account to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account termination in all circumstances.

SGA123 makes no representation that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content on the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In any event, the maximum aggregate liability of SGA123 to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the cause of action arose.

SGA123 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that Policy.

If resolution cannot be achieved informally within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
